A: Most of our reservations can be made on our website in REAL-TIME availability by first choosing your date and time; then choosing desired unit(s) that is available.
After equipment is in cart, add your event information to calculate delivery and any other fees based on any additional services you may need us to provide.
Simply proceed to checkout and pay the deposit to hold inventory for desired date.
You will receive an email immediately following your order, detailing event specifics provided to us.
If there is any edits or changes, please contact our office immediately. We can not guarantee any changes made after an order is completed.
You can call us at 815-624-0046.
Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Our price includes 4 hours of rental time. An additional fee for delivery will be added once you enter in your location for drop-off. This fee includes set up and take down as well.
Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes, we deliver within a 150-mile radius. There is be a small delivery fee that will be calculated before you check out. If it does not give you a delivery fee, please call (815) 624-0046.
Q: Does the Party rental time include your set up time?
A: No. We arrive before your party start time to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. We then pick up after your party's end time. Book the exact time you want it from start to finish.
Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that week/weekend. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that week/weekend, we may need to set up as early as 4+ hours or even a day or two in advance (at no extra cost).
We will call a few days before your rental, to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Pick up times are at our discretion after your rental time ends. If we are not there right when your resevation ends, feel free to enjoy the extra time! YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR EXTRA TIME.
Park parties and indoor events have tighter delivery and pickup windows!
Q: What if I need to cancel or there is inclement weather prior to delivery day?
A: You may cancel your reservation, however, all monies down are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you need to cancel FOR ANY REASON, you will be given a raincheck that is good for 1 year. When items are booked, they are no longer available to rent. Each cancellation costs us up to the amount the units were rented for.
Q: What if I cancel day of delivery?
A: You can cancel your reservation the morning of your delivery. Must call BEFORE expected delivery time! If the delivery drivers have arrived and a cancelation occurs on behalf of the customer, the deposit is forfeited and any remaining money down will be refunded to the customer and reservation is cancelled.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash. Credit Cards. Checks ONLY accepted for schools, churches and businesses.
If paying by cash, please have EXACT change as our drivers DO NOT carry cash. As of January 1, 2017 all credit card payments are charged the DAY OF DELIVERY.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, all orders require Credit Card/Debit Card deposit the time you place the order. Deposits range from $100 to 50% of the rental price depending on the amount of your rental. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Q: Does Brent's have insurance?
A: Yes. We carry a liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from Brent's Bouncin' Inflatables are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the inflatable. We cannot set up the inflatable until the rental agreement has been signed.
You can be added as an additional insured to our policy for corporate/school/church or park events for an additional administration fee.
Q: Is it alright to tip the delivery person?
A: Absolutely! The crew works hard spending their weekends setting up and taking down the inflatables. If the delivery person does a good job, let he/she know you appreciate their efforts.
Q: What type of power is required for an inflatable?
A: The inflatable should be within 100ft. of a 110v outlet. We will supply the power cord, but we do ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet/circuit being used.
Some of our larger inflatables might need multiple outlets on seperate circuits.
We have generators to rent for an additional fee.
Please contact us if you have any concerns about the power requirements for your unit.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. The blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate, that's why we require an outlet within 100ft of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords. If you wish to deflate, simply unplug, and the unit will deflate. To set back up, plug the cord back in and the unit will go back up.
Q: I'm interested in a water unit. Any special requirements?
A: We do not supply a garden hose. The customer provides the hose and we attach your garden hose to our unit. Make sure your hose is long enough to reach where you'd like the unit set up at, plus a little extra to make sure it attaches to the unit correctly. You will only need to turn your water spigot on a quater way of a turn, only a small stream of water needed. You may turn your water on and off during use to avoid waterlogging the unit.
The mister attached to the waterslide will not always look perfect. You do not want to over-pressurize the system and flood your yard. This will lead to a few different scenarios with the unit. Mist does not need to be even across your slide, it merely needs to “wet” the area of the slide. Participants will be wet going down the slide within the first pass or two. We will do our best to test the misting system before setup however it may look. As long as there is a mist on the upper portion of the slide, it will work correctly.
Water units can become very heavy to move. We ask that you leave the unit inflated and turn off the water after use to help dry the unit for our pickup crew.
Q: We have rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The inflatable will be clean when you get it. Brent's Bouncin Inflatables cleans and disinfects after every rental.
You, the customer, will need to inspect the inflatable to make sure there are no personal items left in the unit. We are NOT responsible for any items left in or on the unit.
Please be respectful to our rental units. We expect our units to be returned in the condition received to avoid any additional fees.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. Be sure to check the park you plan to have your event at for electricity. It is your responsibility to know what power is available to you in the park you rented. If power does NOT work or is NOT sufficient, no refunds or exchanges will be, no exceptions. If a 110v outlet is not available at the park, we have generators to rent for an additional fee.
You must contact the park/forest preserve, in advance, to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable present. Many parks/forest preserves require a permit to have an inflatable set up and can take as many as 10 days to process.
They may require a copy of insurance. We can get you a free copy of insurance, but if the park requires to be added as additionally insured, we can add them for a fee. (Be sure you clearly understand the park insurance requirements and can clearly relay those requirements when booking or place in the notes)
Q: How big are the inflatables?
A: Most of our units (all of our character units for example) are 15´x15´ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each inflatable (listed near the picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower. They also can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the unit. The sizes listed with each unit include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 6 foot access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 750 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. Any major elevation differences between the unloading and set up areas, please call the office regarding set up needs.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kid's safety), indoors, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we CAN NOT set up on any type of rocks or sand as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and No. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Q: What are the safety rules and regulations?
1. Have adult supervision at ALL times, when children are in or around the unit.
2. Children MUST remove their shoes prior to entering the unit.
3. Keep the number of children in the unit at or below the number indicated in the rental agreement.
4. Keep smaller children out of the unit when older children are jumping. Allow a seperate time for just the small children to participate and enjoy the fun.
5. No horseplay or flips allowed.
6. Do not exceed the maximum weigh limit per unit.
7. Do NOT move the unit from the set up location for any reason.
8. Do NOT use near fireworks, even if the neighbor is using fireworks, you are responsible for the safety of the unit the entire time of your event.
9. Absolutely NO GUM, FOOD, DRINKS, CANDY OR SILLY STRING in the unit. These items, especially silly string, are very harmful to the vinyl. Violation of this rule can result in additional charges for cleaning.
10. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any pets be in or jumping in the unit!
And remember to have to be SAFE and have FUN!!
